Tier 1 - Planning Support
Starting at $1,500/month
Most nonprofits don't have a dedicated event planner on staff. That means event planning falls on a development director, an office manager, or an executive director who is already stretched across a dozen other responsibilities. The result is events that get pulled together rather than thoughtfully planned — and an internal team that's exhausted by the time the night arrives.
Tier 1 gives your organization a dedicated planning partner without the overhead of a full-time hire. For organizations hosting one to two events per year, this tier provides the structure, guidance, and support to make sure your events are planned with intention and executed with confidence.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
A monthly planning meeting to keep your events on track, flag decisions that need to be made, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
A clear annual event calendar with milestones, timelines, and planning benchmarks so your team always knows what's coming and when
A run of show and event timeline developed for each event so day-of execution is organized and everyone knows their role
Vendor recommendations and coordination support so you're not starting from scratch every time
Budget guidance to make sure your event spend is aligned with your goals
A thought partner for event strategy — someone who can help you think through the guest experience, the program flow, and how your event supports your broader organizational mission
Ongoing email support throughout the partnership so questions don't pile up between meetings
Best for small nonprofits, lean teams managing one to two events per year, and organizations that need planning structure and guidance without full execution services.

Starting at $2,800/month
For organizations managing multiple events throughout the year, the challenge isn't just planning — it's consistency. Without a dedicated planning system, every event starts over from scratch. Institutional knowledge lives in someone's inbox. Vendors change year to year. The experience your guests have depends on how much bandwidth your team happened to have that month.
Tier 2 brings deeper operational structure and on-site presence to your event program. Everything in Tier 1, plus:
Bi-weekly planning meetings to support active event development across multiple projects simultaneously
A full planning and workflow system built for your organization so every event follows a consistent, repeatable process
Full vendor sourcing, communication, and coordination handled end to end so your team isn't managing relationships and logistics on top of everything else
Annual event calendar planning that accounts for your full organizational schedule, not just individual events in isolation
Coordination with your leadership team and key stakeholders so events are aligned with organizational priorities and everyone is informed and prepared
On-site presence and oversight for select events throughout the partnership so you have a professional in the room managing flow, vendors, and logistics while your team focuses on your guests and your mission
Budget tracking and logistical planning support across all events in the partnership
Best for nonprofits hosting three or more events per year, schools and education organizations, and teams managing event planning alongside competing organizational priorities.

For organizations where events are central to the mission — whether that's fundraising, community engagement, donor cultivation, or all three. At this level, the need isn't just planning support. It's a strategic partner who understands your organization deeply, thinks proactively about your event program as a whole, and brings the operational leadership to execute at a consistently high level across everything you do.
Tier 3 is a fully integrated partnership. Everything in Tier 2, plus:
Ongoing strategic event consultation — not just planning individual events, but helping your organization think about how your full event program supports your goals, your brand, and your relationships
Development of organizational event systems and processes that create consistency, reduce staff burden, and raise the overall quality of every experience you produce
Stakeholder coordination and facilitation so leadership, board members, and key partners are aligned and informed at every stage
Planning and management of multiple concurrent events without dropping the level of attention or execution quality on any of them
Increased on-site presence across your event calendar
Priority scheduling and dedicated communication so you're never waiting on a response when something time sensitive comes up
Flexible support that evolves as your organizational needs change throughout the year
Best for organizations with large-scale or high-frequency event needs, leadership teams that want a true planning partner at the table, and nonprofits ready to elevate their entire event program.
The Value
Your team shouldn't have to choose between running a great event and doing the rest of their jobs well. Agenda & Social exists to make sure they never have to — bringing the planning expertise, operational structure, and on-site presence your organization needs to produce experiences that are worthy of your mission.
Embedded Partnerships

Some moments are worth getting exactly right. A 50th birthday, a retirement, an anniversary… these aren't just parties. They're the kind of gatherings people talk about long after the night is over, and they deserve planning that reflects that.
Agenda & Social brings the same operational excellence and intentional design to personal milestones that we bring to every event we plan, because the people being celebrated deserve an experience that's been thought through, not just put together.
From the flow of the evening to the details guests will remember, every element is planned with purpose. You remain fully present with the people you love, while everything behind the scenes is handled.
What We Celebrate
Milestone birthdays · Retirement celebrations · Anniversary parties · Private dinners & intimate gatherings · Family celebrations · Social events requiring elevated planning & coordination

Why Agenda & Social

Thoughtful experiences strengthen connection and celebrate people. That's the standard we hold for every event we plan, including yours.
Social Events
-
Your event is often the first time someone experiences your brand in person. It should feel like the best version of what you're building — organized, intentional, and worth remembering.
Agenda & Social works with brands, businesses, and organizations to plan activations that are strategic, polished, and genuinely reflective of what you're building. That means thinking about how guests experience your brand from the moment they arrive, how the space tells your story, and how every detail — the flow, the design, the programming — connects back to your goals. Good logistics are the baseline. What we're really focused on is making the whole thing feel intentional.
